On the Job Training on real equipment will become more focused on skills rather than process and procedures; thereby reducing the time required to reach the desired standard.
An experienced operator can easily maintain their competency or update their skills during periods in which the equipment is not available, has been modified slightly or from a long absence e.g. sickness.

We don’t require anything. We can model from an oral description which is often the case and we can of course model from pictures, schematics or any other similar visual or engineer grade materials that may be available. We can also convert from CAD using special techniques that save a lot of time and effort.
